消化道动脉性出血的介入治疗

目的探讨消化道出血的动脉造影诊断和介入治疗方法。方法采用seldinger技术对11例消化道动脉性出血先行动脉造影．对阳性病例行栓塞治疗，对阴性病例行药物灌注治疗。结果8例栓塞病例完全止血；3例灌注病例2例立刻止血，1例12小时内止血，3天后因多器官衰竭、DIC而死亡。结论介入治疗消化道动脉性出血疗效迅速、可靠。

Interventional therapy of arteriovenous hemorrhage of gastrointestines

Objective To explore the methods of arteriography diagnosis and interventional therapy of gastrointestine hemorrhage. Methods： Using Seldinger＇s technique, eleven cases of arterial hemorrhage of gastrointestines were treated. Arteroradiography was done firstly, and then transcatheter embolization（TAE） in the positive cases, and intra-arterial infusion（IAI） in the negative cases. Results All of the cases treated with TAE and two of the three cases treated with IAI got haemostasis. The bleeding was stopped in the third one within twelve hours but died of multiple organ failure and DIC three days later. Conclusion The curative effect of interventional therapy to arterial hemorrhage of gastrointestines is prompt and reliable.
