中西医结合冲击治疗免疫性不孕的临床研究

目的：探讨中西医结合冲击治疗对女性免疫性不孕症病人的治疗效果。方法：应用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）对560例病人血清和宫颈粘液中的抗精子抗体（AsAb）、抗子宫内膜抗体（IAEmAb）、抗卵巢抗体（AOVAb、抗人绒毛膜促性腺激素抗体（AhCGAb）进行检测，采用中药，维生素E、维生素C对所有抗体阳性者进行周期性治疗，2个周期为1疗程。结果：560例病人血清中共检测中各种抗体641例例次，宫颈粘液中共检出各抗体596例次。治疗1疗程，AsAb、AEmAb、AOVAb、AhCGAb在血清的转阴率分别为87．4％、85．4％、74．0％、86．5％，在宫颈粘液中的转阴率分别为93．7％、95．0％、87．0％，94．2％，在宫内颈粘液中的转阴率分别为90．1％、94．0％、94．7％、100．0％，抗体转阴后妊娠率高达58．2％，结论：中西医结合冲击治疗对免疫性不孕抗体转阴所需时间短，转阴率和转阴后妊娠率高，对AsAb、AEmAb、AOVAb与AhCGAb等所致的免疫性不孕均有显著疗效。

CLINICAL RESEARCH ON COMBINATION OF CHINESE TRADITIONAL AND WESTERN MEDICINE IN THE IMPACT TREATMENT OF IMMUNE STERILITY

Objective To explore the curative effects of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine in the impact treatment of female immune sterility.Methods Detection of AsAb,AEmAb,AOVoAb and AhCGAb in blood serum and cervical mucus was made among 560 cases according to the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Traditional Chinese medicine,vitamin E and vitamin C were used periodically to treat the patients of positive antibody,two weeks as a course of treatment.Results 641 cases of different antibodies in blood serum and 596 cases of different antibodies in cervical mucus were detected in the 560 patients.After the first course of treatment,the negative transformation rates of AsAb,AEmAb,AoAb and AhCGAb in blood serum were 87.4%?85.4%?74.0% and 86.5% respectively,and those of AsAb,AEmAb,AOVAb and AhCGAb in cervical mucus were 76.0%?80.6%?89.5% and 87.0% respectively.After the second course of treatment,the negative transformation rates of AsAb,AEmAb,AOVAb and AhCGAb in blood serum were 93.7%?95.0%? 87.7% and 94.2% respectively,and those of AsAb,AEmAb,AOVAb and AhCGAb in cervical mucus were 90.1% ?94.7% and 100.0% respectively.58.2% of the patients who underwent negative antibody transformation got pregnant.Conclusion The advantages of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine in the impact treatment of female immune sterility are that it takes little time to treat the disease,the negative transformation rates and the subsequent pregnancy rates are quite high,and the curative effects are quite notable.
