| 摘 要： | 目的:观察电针治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病(NAFLD)对肝功能、体重指数、血脂、瘦素、脂联素、胰岛素抵抗指数的影响;方法:对35例患者治疗前后分别检测肝功能、血脂、瘦素、脂联素、并计算胰岛素抵抗指数,比较治疗前后有无显著性差异。结果:35例患者治疗后肝功能、血脂、瘦素、胰岛素抵抗指数均明显下降,脂联素明显升高。结论:电针治疗非酒精性脂肪肝病可降低血清瘦素水平、改善胰岛素抵抗,增加肝细胞对胰岛素的敏感性,从而调节血脂代谢,达到治疗NAFLD的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the impact of treating NAFLD by electro-acupuncture for liver function, body mass index, blood lipids, leptin, adiponectin hormone, insulin resistance index. Methods:35 patients with liver function, blood lipids, leptin, adiponectin hormone were measured before and after treatment, and insulin resistance index, and whether there were significant differences before and after treatment. Results:35 patients after treatment, liver function, blood lipids, leptin, and insulin resistance index decreased significantly higher adiponectin. Conclusion:Treating NAFLD by electro-acupuncture can lower serum leptin levels and improve insulin resistance, increase the sensitivity of liver cells to insulin, thereby regulating lipid metabolism, treatment NAFLD role is reached. |
