常规3D胰胆管磁共振成像在十二指肠憩室诊断中的应用

目的 探讨3D胰胆管磁共振成像(MRCP)在十二指肠憩室诊断中的应用方法. 选择 经磁共振(MR)诊断为十二指肠憩室的患者38例,其中32例并发胆管结石,回顾性分析经手术治疗胆管结石及憩室患者32例的病历资料.结果 32例中发生在十二指肠降段乳头区外者27例,十二指肠乳头区4例(其中1例发生在胆总管、胰管开口于憩室内),发生在十二指肠水平段近端1例.结论 MRCP在十二指肠憩室诊断中有重要意义,降低了患者接触X线的概率,MRCP诊断十二指肠憩室简单、安全、可靠.

Application of conventional 3D MRCP in diagnosis of duodenal diverticulum

Objective To discuss the application of 3D MRCP to the diagnosis of duodenal diverticulum. Methods To retrospectively analyze 38 cases of duodenal diverticulum diagnosed by MR. Among them, 32 cases were complicated with bile duct calculi. 32 ease of bile duct calculi and diverticulum treated by surgery were analyzed. Results Among 32 cases in this group, diverticulum occurred in duodenal descending part outside duodenal papillary-region in 26 cases, duodenal papillary region in 4 cases,including 1 case of common bile duct and pancreatic duct opening to diverticulum and 1 case of duodinal horizontal segment. Conclusion MRCP has important significance to the diagnosis of duodenal diverticulum, at the same time reduces the probability of patient＇s exposure to X ray, which is simple, safe and reliable to diagnose duodenal diverticulum.
