摘    要:目的 探讨早期非营养性吸吮(NNS)对早产儿胃肠功能及胆红素水平的影响.方法 将64例需经鼻胃管喂养的健康早产儿(出生体质量小于2 500 g、胎龄小于35周)随机分为非营养性吸吮(NNS)组38例和对照组26例.NNS组在鼻胃管喂养前、后吸空橡皮奶头5~10 min,每日6~8次;对照组单纯给予鼻胃管喂养,不足热量给予部分肠道外营养.观察两组早产儿体质量、平均大便次数、胎便排尽时间、高胆红素血症例数等.结果 NNS组恢复至出生体质量时间、胎便排尽时间明显缩短,平均每日大便次数增加,高胆红素血症例教减少,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 NNS有利于早产儿生后胃肠功能发育,减少高胆红素血症的发生.

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of non-nutritive sucking(NNS) on gastrointestinal function and bilirubin of premaure infants. Methods 64 healthy prematures with birth weight less than 2 500 g and gestational age less than 35 weeks fed via nasogastric tubes, were randomly assigned to the NNS group (38 cases) and the control group (26 cases). The NNS group was given pacifiers for 5-10 min, 6-8 times a day before and after nasogartric tube feeding. The control group was simply given naso- gastric tube feeding and partial parenteral nutrition. Their weight,mean daily defecate times, meconium discharge time, hyper- bilirubinemia cases were observed. Results The time for premature recovering to birth weight and the meconium discharge time were significantly shortened in the NNS group, hyperhilirubinemia cases were reduced and the average daily defecate times were significantly increased, showing statistical differences (P〈0.05). Conclusion NNS is conducive to development of gastrointesti- nal function and decrease hyperbilirubinemia in prematures.
