某炼钢厂330名女工乳腺疾病的调查

目的了解炼钢厂女工乳腺疾病的患病情况,为保护女工健康提供科学依据。方法对330名炼钢厂女工进行乳腺检查,并对结果进行分析。结果炼钢厂女工乳腺疾病的患病率为58.79%,其中以乳腺增生症最为多见,以30～44岁年龄组患病率最高,且发病情况与月经失调关系密切,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论乳腺疾病为炼钢厂女工的常见病,应定期进行乳腺检查,加强对女工乳腺疾病的健康教育。

Investigation on breast diseases of 330 female workers in a steelmaking plant

Objective]To investigate the prevalence of breast diseases among female workers in a steelmaking plant,and provide scientific evidence for protecting female workers’ health.Methods]Examination of breast was performed on 330 steel female workers.The results were analyzed.Results] The prevalence of breast disease among female workers was 58.79% in the steelmaking plant.Breast hyperplasia was the most common breast diseases,and the incidence was highest among female aged 30-44 years,the occurrence was related to menstrual disorder closely.There was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion]Breast disease is a common disease in female workers of a steelmaking plant,it is necessary to conduct regular breast examination and strengthen health education about breast diseases.
