某热电厂改扩建项目职业病危害控制效果评价

目的通过对某热电厂改扩建项目职业病危害防护措施及效果进行评价,为建设单位进一步制定职业病防治对策提供参考。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、检测、职业健康检查等方法,对其职业病危害控制效果进行定性、定量分析和全面评价。结果该建设项目的总平面布置、职业病防护措施、个人防护用品等基本符合卫生学要求,作业场所职业病危害因素经检测,大部分噪声、高温、毒物检测值低于职业卫生接触限值。结论该建设项目职业病危害预防措施有效,如果严格实施职业病危害防护措施,该项目投产后能达到预防职业病危害的预期效果。

Evaluation of control effect on occupational hazards in expansion project of a thermal power plant

Objective]To evaluate the occupational hazard prevention measures and effect in expansion project of a thermal power plant,and provide reference for further development of occupational disease preventive countermeasures.Methods]Occupational health field investigation and detection,occupation health examination were adopted to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis and a comprehensive evaluation.Results]The general layout,occupational protective measures,individual protective articles of this project were basically in line with hygiene requirements.The detection of occupational hazards in workplace showed most detectable values of noise,heat and toxicant were lower than occupational health exposure limits.Conclusion]The occupational hazard prevention measures taken in this project are effective.If the occupational hazard prevention measures are implemented strictly,the project can achieve the desired effect of preventing occupational hazards in operation.
