| 摘 要： | 在正常情况下咽鼓管为连接鼓室和咽部的唯一通道，由骨部与软骨部两部分组成。一旦咽鼓管出现功能障碍，无法正常开放，会引起中耳负压。主要表现为耳闷胀感，并伴有不同程度的传导性聋或耳鸣。治疗包括非手术治疗和手术治疗，最常用的手术治疗为鼓膜穿刺及鼓膜置管。咽鼓管球囊扩张是一种新兴的治疗方法，具有简便、安全、微创、有效等优点。

| Abstract: | The Eustachian tube connects the tympanic cavity and the nasopharynx,it consists of 2 different portions:an osseous posterolateral and a fibrocartilaginous anteromedial portion.Eustachian tube dysfunction results in inadequate middleear ventilation,causing aural fullness and tinnitus.There are medical and surgical treatments,the treatment in common use is insertion of ventilation tubes.Recently,Eustachian tube balloon dilation has been proposed as a potential solution,it is safe,minimally invasive and effective. |
