儿童腺样体肥大伴鼻-鼻窦炎的诊断与治疗进展

儿童腺样体肥大及鼻-鼻窦炎是儿童的常见病、多发病，两者关系密切，常常互为因果，增生肥大的腺样体可阻塞鼻腔，影响鼻腔正常通气引流，继而诱发甚至加重鼻窦炎；反之，鼻腔分泌物可进一步刺激腺样体，使之增生肥大。腺样体切除术可对儿童鼻-鼻窦炎的治疗产生积极的作用，明显提高其治愈率，而伴发鼻窦炎亦是腺样体肥大的手术指征，在诊断鼻窦炎的同时不能忽视腺样体肥大的可能。本文就儿童腺样体肥大伴鼻窦炎的诊断及治疗进展进行探讨。
