| 摘 要： | 变应性鼻炎是特异性体制患者在接触变应原刺激后引起的发生在鼻黏膜的，以体内特异性免疫球蛋白E抗体介导为特点的变态反应性炎性疾病。随着对变应性疾病发病机制的研究深入，研究发现CD4+T细胞的活化并使Th细胞分化偏移向Th2反应进行是变应性免疫反应发展的关键。本文就白细胞介素13对变应性鼻炎发病的作用和其通过STAT6的信号转导通路介导Th细胞的分化研究做一综述。

| Abstract: | Allergic rhinitis,is an inflammation of nasal mucosa mediated by immunoglobulin E,after specific individuals are exposed to certain kinds of allergen.As more researches look deeper into the pathogenesis of these allergic disease,we've found out that the activation of CD4+T cells and differentiation of Th cells to Th2 cell play the critical roles in allergic reactions.This article reviews the role of IL-13 in AR and the function of IL-13/STAT6 signaling pathway in the differentiation of Th cells. |
