200例异位妊娠潜在发病相关因素的研究

目的 探讨深圳地区异位妊娠的潜在发病相关因素的特点.方法 以深圳市龙华新区中心医院近年的200例异位妊娠病例为研究对象,通过对照健康孕龄妇女,对其基本情况、孕育史、流产史、避孕史及感染因素等进行统计分析,找出相关危险因素.结果 异位妊娠患者发病率与初次性生活年龄、性伴侣人次、流产次数、避孕方法、分娩方式及生殖系统感染病史有相关性(x2值为5.77 ～33.85,均P＜0.05).研究组解脲支原体感染82例,发病率为41.00％,对照组12例,发病率为8.00％,研究组显著高于对照组(x2 =47.52,P＜0.01).结论 应针对不同的发病相关因素采取相应的健康教育,指导高危人群孕前检查,合理治疗,从而更好地预防异位妊娠的发生,有效降低发病率.

Study on potential pathogenic factors of 200 cases of ectopic pregnancy

Objective To study the characteristics of potential pathogenic factors of ectopic pregnancy in Shenzhen.Methods Two hundred cases of ectopic pregnancy admitted in Shenzhen Longhua New District Central Hospital in recent years were selected as research objects.Related risk factors of ectopic pregnancy was determined through analysis on basic situation,gestation history,abortion history,contraceptive history and infection factors of patients by comparing with healthy women.Results Incidence of ectopic pregnancy was related with age for initial sexual behavior,number of sex partners,number of abortion,contraception method,delivery mode and reproductive system infection history (x2 value ranged 5.77-33.85,all P ＜ 0.05).There were 82 cases (41.00％) of ureaplasma urealyticum infection in study group and 12 cases (8.00％) in healthy controls.The incidence of ureaplasma urealyticum infection was obviously higher in study group than in control group (x2 =47.52,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Relative health education should be adopted based on different related factors of ectopic pregnancy.Guidance on pre-pregnancy examination and proper treatment should be given to high-risk people to prevent ectopic pregnancy and to reduce its incidence.
