东营地区健康教育对儿童口腔保健的干预效果

摘    要:目的 分析山东省东营地区健康教育对儿童口腔保健的干预效果.方法 采取分层抽样的方法选取2015年6至12月在东营市鸿港医院口腔科检查的7至12岁儿童共310例,将其按照不同口腔保健方法分为对照组与观察组,每组各155例.对照组给予常规口腔保健,观察组在其基础上加用健康教育指导,对比两组干预前后儿童口腔保健知识知晓率、牙龈出血发病率、龋齿发病率、饭后漱口率、正确刷牙率、牙龈指数、菌斑指数.结果 两组干预后分别与干预前相比,口腔保健知识知晓率、饭后漱口率及正确刷牙率均有升高,差异均有统计学意义(χ2=6.78~8.34,均P<0.05).两组干预后分别与干预前相比,牙龈出血发病率、龋齿发病率及龋齿总数均有降低,差异均有统计学意义(χ2值分别为6.45、8.37、6.87、8.29;t值分别为7.33、9.36,均P<0.05).两组干预后分别与干预前相比,牙龈指数与菌斑指数均有降低,差异均有统计学意义(t值分别为4.11、6.89、4.25、6.56,均P<0.05).结论 在儿童口腔保健过程中加用健康教育可提高儿童口腔保健知识知晓率,降低牙龈出血发病率,促进健康口腔行为,改善各观察指标.

Abstract:Objective To analyze the intervention effect of health education on children's oral health in Dongying area.Methods Altogether 310 children aged 7 to 12 years receiving oral examination in department of stomatology of Honggang Hospital of Dongying City from June to December in 2015 were selected through stratified sampling method, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to different oral care methods with 155 cases in each group.Children in the control group were given conventional oral care, and those in the observation group were given health education guidance based on conventional oral care.Children's awareness of oral health knowledge, incidence of gingival bleeding, incidence of dental caries, rate of mouth rinsing after meal, rate of correct teeth brushing, gingival index and plaque index of children in two groups were compared before and after intervention.Results Compared with before intervention, oral health knowledge awareness, rate of mouth rinsing after meal and rate of correct teeth brushing in two groups were both increased after intervention, and the differences had statistical significance (χ2 value ranged 6.78-8.34,all P<0.05).Incidence of gingival bleeding and dental caries and total number of dental caries in two groups were decreased after intervention compared with before intervention, and the differences had statistical significance (χ2 value was 6.45, 8.37, 6.87 and 8.29, respectively, and t value was 7.33 and 9.36, respectively, all P<0.05).Gingival index and plaque index in both groups were decreased after intervention compared with before intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (t value was 4.11, 6.89, 4.25 and 6.56,respectively, all P<0.05).Conclusion Application of health education in process of children's oral health care can improve children's oral health knowledge awareness, reduce gingival bleeding incidence, promote healthy oral health care behavior, and improve all observation indexes.
