3～5岁不同气质特点的学龄前儿童患龋情况调查分析

目的 探讨不同气质特点的学龄前儿童患龋情况.方法 随机抽取2014至2015年无锡市区内幼儿园3～5岁儿童355人进行龋齿检查,并对家长进行《3 ～7岁儿童气质问卷》调查,分析不同气质特点的9个维度与学龄前儿童患龋情况的相关性.结果 经单因素方差分析,不同气质类型的儿童患龋情况不同,乳牙的龋失补牙数(dmft)相比较差异有统计学意义(F=4.888,P＜0.05);应用LSD-t检验进行组间两两比较,发现与难养型、中间偏难养型儿童相比,易养型儿童dmft较少,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为20.031、8.715,均P＜0.05);与易养型、中间偏易养型相比,难养型儿童dmft较多,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为20.031、20.001,均P＜0.05);与中间偏难养型儿童比较,中间偏易养型儿童dmft较少,差异有统计学意义(t=8.643,P＜o.05);节律性、适应性、反应强度不同的儿童,其乳牙患龋情况比较差异有统计学意义(x2值分别为6.69、13.47、7.77,均P＜0.05).结论 学龄前儿童的气质特点是影响乳牙龋齿的发生重要的影响因素.

Investigation of deciduous caries for 3-5 years old preschool children of different temperament characteristic

Objective To investigate the caries in preschool children of different temperament characteristic.Methods Totally 355 children of 3-5 years old were sampled randomly in kindergartens in Wuxi City from 2014 to 2015 for dental caries examination,and parents of the selected students were involved in an investigation of Temperament Questionnaire for 3-7 years Old Children.Relationship between 9 dimensions of different temperament characteristic and the caries in preschool children was analyzed.Results One-way analysis of variance showed that types of temperament of preschool children were associated with caries of deciduous teeth and that dmft was statistically different (F =4.888,P ＜ 0.05).LSD-t test showed dmft of the children of easy type was obviously less than that of difficult type and intermediate difficult type with statistical significance (t value was 20.031 and 8.715,respectively,both P ＜ 0.05).Dmfl of the children of difficult type was obviously more than that of easy type and intermediate easy type with statistical significance (t value was 20.031 and 20.001,respectively,both P ＜ 0.05),and dmft of the children of intermediate easy type was obviously less than that of intermediate difficult type with statistical significance (t =8.643,P ＜ 0.05).The chi-square test showed that the rhythmicity,adaptability,response intensity of children were associated with deciduous caries degree (x2 value was 6.69,13.47 and 7.77,respectively,all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The temperament characteristic of preschool children is an important influencing factor of deciduous caries.
