152例输尿管结石微创治疗临床观察

目的评价4种微创治疗输尿管结石方法的临床效果．方法回顾分析我院收治的152例输尿管结石患者，评价输尿管镜取石法（40例）、经皮微创肾输尿管镜取石法（41例）、后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石法（38例）和小切口开放手术法（33例）的临床效果．结果各组患者输尿管结石全部取出，术后无石率均达到100％，术后无漏尿等并发症的发生．结论输尿管镜取石法、经皮微创肾输尿管镜取石法、后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石法和小切口开放手术法在治疗输尿管结石上疗效相当，各有优缺点和适应症．

Clinic Observation on Minimally Invasive Methods for 152 Ureteral Stone

Objective To evaluate the clinic effect of four minimally invasive methods on ureteral stone. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 152 patients with ureteral stone, and evaluated the effects of ureteroscopic lithotripsy, minimally invasive percutaneous nephro]ithotomy, Retroperitoneal laparoscopic ureterolithotomy and mini-incision operation on uretera] stone. Results Ureteral stones of all patients in all groups were taken out completely. There were no complications and leakage urine in patients after operation. Conclusion The effects of the four minimally invasive methods on ureteral stone are equal, each method has its advantages and disadvantages.
