脊髓型颈椎病的MRI改变及其临床意义

目的探讨脊髓型颈椎病的MRI改变及其临床意义。方法回顾分析经手术和临床证实的脊髓型颈椎病23例的MRI改变。结果在全部患者的MRI上主要影像学改变为椎间隙变窄、椎间盘信号减弱、受累节段椎体后缘有信号减弱的致压物,受压颈髓弯曲、变形、向后移位等异常信号。结论MRI对脊髓型颈椎病的诊断、治疗方法选择和预后判断有重要价值。

Clinical significance of MRI changes in patients with myelo- pattern cervical spine disease

Objective To discuss the clinical significance of MRI changes in patients with myelo-pattern cervical spine disease.Methods MRI findings of 23 patients with clinically and surgically proved myelo-pattern cervical spine disease were analyzed retrospectively.Results On MR images of all patients,the lesions of myelo-pattern cervical spine disease presented as narrowing of intervertebral space,signal attenuation of intervertebral disc,presence of compressive substance and signal attenuation in the posterior margin of involved vertebral bodies,and abnormal signal generated from the flexure,deformity and backward shift of compressed cervical cord.Conclusion MRI has a high value for diagnosing myelo-pattern cervical spine disease,for selecting its therapeutic means and for identifying its prognosis.
