益肾活血平喘方药对哮喘患者病情控制水平和生命质量的影响

目的评估益肾活血平喘方药对哮喘患者病情控制水平和生命质量的影响。方法选择哮喘患者66例,随机分为2组。其中观察组轻度哮喘患者口服益肾活血平喘中药,中度及重度患者加用西医常规基础治疗。对照组给予西医常规基础治疗。对2组哮喘中医证候疗效、哮喘控制情况及患者生活质量进行对比分析。结果观察组和对照组中医证候显效率分别为75%和44%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);达到哮喘良好控制需要的时间和保持良好控制的几率方面,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后生命质量评分均比治疗前明显改善(P均<0.01),2组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论益肾活血平喘方药和激素一样能明显提高患者的生活质量,但在改善症状、控制哮喘发作及维持平稳状态方面优于激素。

Effect of Yishen Huoxue Pingchuan decoction on disease control and quality of life in patients with asthma

Objective It is to evaluate the effect of YiShen HuoXue Pingchuan(YSHXPC) decoction on asthma control and quality of life in patients with asthma.Methods 66 cases of patients with asthma were chosen and randomly divided into 2 groups.The patients with mild asthma in observation group were given YSHXPC decoction by oral administration,the ones with moderate or severe asthma were given YSHXPC decoction combined with conventional therapy with western medicine.The patients in control group were only treated with conventional therapy with western medicine.The level of control of asthma and quality of life and curative effect of Chinese medicine syndromes were evaluated and compared in both groups.Results The total effective rate of Chinese medical syndromes was 75% in observation group and 44% in control group(P<0.05),compared with each other,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The reaching time of well-control asthma and the rate of maintaining well-control asthma in observation group were better than that in control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in both groups were improved obviously compared with that before treatment(P<0.01),but the differences between the two groups were not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion YiShen HuoXue Pingchuan decoction can obviously increase the quality of life of patients with asthma as effective as hormone,but its effects of improving symptoms,control asthma attack and maintaining it stable were better than hormone.
