Cage椎间植骨融合结合钉棒内固定系统治疗腰椎滑脱症

目的探讨Cage椎间植骨融合结合钉棒内固定系统治疗腰椎滑脱症的临床疗效。方法该组24例经保守治疗无效的腰椎滑脱患者,采用Cage椎间植骨融合结合钉棒内固定系统手术治疗,并用JOA下腰痛手术评分系统评定临床症状的改善情况,影像学评价椎间隙高度、腰椎滑脱距离、滑脱角度的改变及椎间融合情况。结果术后所有病例未发生脑脊液漏、感染及神经根损伤。所有患者获6～12个月随访,患者术后1个月JOA评分、椎间隙高度、滑脱距离及滑脱角度,与术前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。术后6个月影像学检查22例患者植骨已融合,融合率为91.7%。结论 Cage椎间植骨融合结合钉棒内固定系统治疗腰椎滑脱症是一种安全有效的手术方法,临床疗效满意。

Combination of Cage Interbody Fusion and Internal Nail-stick Fixation System for the Treatment of Iumbar Spondylolisthesis

Objective To explor the clinical efficacy of Cage interbody fusion and internal nail-stick fixation system for the treatment of lumbar spondylolisthesis. Methods 24 cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis who were ineffective with conservative therapy were treated with the technique of Cage interbody fusion and internal nail-stick fixation system. And JOA low back pain score system for operation improvement of clinical symptoms.Moreover, iconography is adopted to measure the height of intervertebral space, Lumbar spondylolisthesis distance, change of the slip angle and Intervertebral fusion. Results After the sugery, all the paitents haven＇t met Cerebrospinal fluid leakage, infection or Nerve root injury.All the patients were followed up for 6-18 months, compared with the preoperative,Patients after 1 months JOA score, the height of intervertebral space, sliding distance and angled, differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）. After 6 months of imaging examination in 22 cases of patients with bone grafting has been fusion, and the fusion rate was 91.7%. Conclusion Cage interbody fusion and internal nail-stick fixation system is a safe and effective method to treat lumbar spondylolisthesis, and its clinical efficacy is quite satisfactory.
