| Abstract: | The EEC syndrome (ectrodactyly, ectodermal dysplasia and cleft lip-palate) is a rare disorder inherited as an autosomal dominant trait or can occur sporadically. We describe a case of this syndrome with chronic ocular surface disorder secondary to abnormalities of ocular adnexia. |
