| 摘 要： | 以双抗夹心法检测了１６例变应性鼻炎患者血清中可溶性白细胞介素２受体（ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ）水平。结果表明：与对照组相比，患者ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ水平明显增高，Ｐ〈０．０１。提示ＳＩＬ－２Ｒ可能以某种方式参与变应性鼻炎的病理过程。

| Abstract: | SIL-2R in serum of 16 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis were detected by the method of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The results showed, the SIL-2 R levels in patients with allergic rhinitis were obviously higher than those in the normal. It suggested that SIL-2 R might parti_ cipate in the pathologic process of allergic rhinitis in a certain pattern. ' |
