| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨弹性髓内钉治疗儿童股骨干骨折的护理方法。方法：通过对47例弹性髓内钉治疗儿童股骨干骨折的护理并进行总结分析。结果：47例皆获骨性愈合，优良率为100％。结论：弹性髓内钉治疗儿童股骨干骨折是一种损伤小、对骨折处生理影响小、骨折愈合快、并发症少的手术，同时作好手术前后的护理及合理的康复训练是患儿全面恢复的重要保证。

| Abstract: | Objective:Probe the nursing of the treatment for femoral shaft fracture in children with flexible intramedullary nail.Methods:Summarize and analyse 47 children who are nursed of the treatment for femoral shaft fracture with flexible intramedullary nail.Results: All patients have been synostosis.The fineness rate is 100%.Conclusions:The treatment for femoral shaft fracture in children with flexible intramedullary nail is an operation which have the advantages of little damage,little physical influence to fracture,union of fracture quickly and few complications.And simultaneously the important guarantees which make the patient recover fully are the appropriately pre-and post-operational nursing and the reasonable rehabilitation training. |
