颈椎三维牵引结合中药蒸气浴治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察颈椎三维牵引结合中药蒸气浴疗法对椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:采用随机平行对照方法,将120例椎动脉型颈椎病患者分为治疗组(颈椎三维牵引结合中药蒸气浴疗法)和对照组(颈椎三维牵引疗法),1个疗程后评定治疗前后的临床症状与体征的积分变化,并进行组内和组间对照。结果:两组在治疗前后的临床症状和体征方面的变化与治疗前比较均有显著性差异(P<0.001),两组之间也存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:颈椎三维牵引结合中药蒸气浴疗法对椎动脉型颈椎病具有显著的疗效。

Abstract:Objective:To observe neck vertebra three dimension traction combined Chinese Medical Vapor Bath therapeutics to Cervical Spaine Ailment of clinical curative effect.Method:To Adopt random parallel compare with the clinical trials,120cases were divited into two groups.they are neck vertebra three dimension traction combined Chinese Medical Vapor Bath and neck vertebra three dimension.To observe symptoms and packed erythrocte volume before and after treating and compare with two groups.after a course of treatment (Mongolian Medical Puacture and Pot therapeutics group for 6days and Chinese Medical Puncture group for 15days).Result:After a course of treatment,there is remarkable difference before and after treating of two groups(P<0.001),there is remarkable difference between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:neck vertebra three dimension traction combined Chinese Medical Vapor Bath therapeutics have distinct curative effect for Cervical Spaine Ailment
