| 摘 要： | 应用单克隆抗体(OKT系统)借助葡萄球菌——免疫球蛋白(SACI-Ig)花环法对同一正常人分10次采血检查外周血淋巴细胞亚群,将三种方法存放标本24小时后检查结果与新鲜血检查结果进行了比较。结果:全血4℃存放24小时后分离淋巴细胞,结果有显著改变;先分离淋巴细胞,用 NS·1640稀释,37℃ 24小时后,结果有轻度改变;先分离淋巴细胞,用单纯 1640稀释,37℃24小时,其结果无明显变化。

THE EFFECTS OF DIFFERENT PRESERVING CONDITIONS FOR SAMPLES ON T-CELL SUBSETS EXAMINATION |

| Abstract: | 10 venous blood samples from one normal individual were evaluted with 3 monoclonal antibodies (QKT), using SACI-Ig-rosette technique. Results obtained from differently treated blood aamples were compared with that of fresh blood samples. When whole blood were stored at 4℃ for 24h, T cell subsetswere markedly altered. When lymphocytes were soparated from fresh blood and diluted with NS. 1640 and then atored at37℃ 24h, the results showed moderate change, When lymphocytes were separted from fresh Wood and diluted simply With 1640 and,then stored at 37℃ for 24h,the resulti Were similar to that obtained from fresh blood. |
