摘    要:目的探讨急性砷化氢中毒肾损害患者的肾脏超声图像特征及超声对肾损害的诊断价值。方法对已确诊的38例急性砷化氢中毒肾损害患者,进行常规肾脏超声检查,与临床表现和有关生化检查结果相对照。结果38例患者血砷含量为9.2~18.7μmol/L,尿砷为5.4~27.4μmol/L,均超过正常值;肾功能异常;B超肾声像图均有改变,肾声像图改变在少尿期最明显,在治疗期间患者肾功能改变与肾脏超声影像学改变基本一致。结论B超检查对于急性砷化氢中毒肾损害不仅有辅助诊断的意义,而且对病情监测、临床疗效观察和预后判断等方面有独特的作用。

Ultrasonic Diagnostic Value for Renal Damage Caused by Acute Arsine Poisoning

Abstract:[ Objective] To investigate the image feature of ultrasound and evaluate the ultrasonic diagnostic value in renal damage caused by acute arsenic poisoning. [Methods] 38 cases of confirmed acute arsine poisoning patients with kidney damage were conducted conventional renal ultrasonography, and compared with clinical manifestation and related biochemical examination results. [ Results ] Of 38 cases, blood arsenic levels were 9.2 - 18.7 μmol / L, urine arsenic levels were 5.4 - 27.4 μmol / L, exceeding the normal value, with renal dysfunction; Renal B-ultrasonogram all changed, and the obvious change was in the olignria period, the functional changes of kidney were generally consistent with their changes in ultrasound during treatment. [ Conclusion] B-ultrasound examination has not only an important assistant value in the diagnosis of renal damage caused by acute arsenic poisoning, but also some special effect on clinical monitoring and prognosis of it.
