| 摘 要： | 目的探讨慢性充血性心力衰竭（CHF）合并低钠血症的治疗及预后。方法对CHF合并低钠血症的108例患者在常规抗心力衰竭治疗基础上,采用限水并补充高渗盐水治疗。对治疗情况进行回顾性分析。结果49例稀释性低钠血症显效32例,好转16例,总有效率为98.0%。59例缺钠性低钠血症显效39例,好转18例,总有效率为96.6%。结论CHF合并低钠血症患者适量补充高渗盐水可维持正常血钠水平,改善慢性心力衰竭近期预后。
