| 摘 要： | 目的为了解孕妇风疹病毒(RV)近期感染状况。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对9382名孕妇和 125名孕前检查的健康妇女静脉血标本进行了RV-IgM检测。结果在9382名上述孕妇中检测出RV-IgM阳性标本50例, 阳性率为0．53％,在125例健康妇女中未检测到RV-IgM阳性标本。结论在孕妇中风疹病毒有一定的近期感染率。

| Abstract: | Objective: To know about the conditions of the pregnant mothers recently infected with Rubella virus (RV). Methods: By adopting Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) , to carry out RV - IgM blood sample test for 9382 pregnant mothers and 125 healthy. Women who were having pre -pregnant examination. Results: 50 cases of RV - IgM positive sample have been found from the above - mentioned. 9382 women, the positive rate is 0. 53%. No positive sample of RV - IgM has been found from 125 healthy women who were having pre - pregnant examination. Conclusion: It is certain that recent infection of Rubella virus has been found on the pregnant mothers. |
