| 摘 要： | 目的探讨强化家属健康教育对患者生活质量的影响。方法 80例急性胰腺炎患者按入院的先后顺序分为两组,单号为研究组,双号为对照组。对照组只进行常规教育,研究组在常规教育的基础上强化家属健康教育。两组患者入院时和出院时均填写生活质量调查问卷,对两组患者生活质量进行比较。结果两组患者入院时生活质量的8个维度得分比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院时两组8个维度得分的比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组生活质量比对照组高。结论家属健康教育优于一般健康知识宣教,对胰腺炎患者的康复及提高其生活质量有重要的意义。
