一氧化氮毒副作用的研究

摘    要:目的:以透射电镜观察吸入一氧化氮(NO)后肺血管内皮亚细胞结构的改变。  方法:伴有肺动脉高压的先天性心脏病病人,在接受手术治疗前,全麻状态下,吸入不同时间的NO。取其肺组织以透射电镜观察肺血管内皮亚细胞结构的改变。  结果:肺血管内皮有细胞内和间质可复性轻度水肿,与吸入NO时间不成正比。  结论:虽然NO有很多毒副作用,只要有合理的送气系统和严格的监测手段,在短时间的治疗中是无毒副作用的。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the changes of subcellular organ in pulmonary vascular endothelium after inhalation of nitric oxide(NO).Using transmission electromicroscope. Methods:Before intracardiac operation,NO was given at different time periods to the generally anesthetized patients of congenital heart defect combined with pulmonary hypertension.After that,a piece of lung tissue was taken to examine the changes of subcellular organs in pulmonary vascular endothelium by transmission electromicroscope. Results:Mild and reversible intracellular and interstitial edema of pulmonary vascular endothelium was observed,and its severity had no positive correlation with the time of NO inhaling. Conclusion:Providing an ideal gas deliver system and strict inspect system are used,no toxicity occurs during short term inhalation of NO.
