阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的临床研究

强调对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的认识，以达到对该病的早期诊与治疗。方法应用Ａｕｔｏｓｅｔ诊疗系统及鼻持续正压通气治疗仪，对６６例ＯＳＡＳ患者进行确诊及序贯治疗。

A Clinical Study on Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome

Objective\ To emphasize the necessity of increasing knowldge of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS) in order to achieve early diagnosis and treatment and to prevent from various complications.\ Methods\ sixty six patients were diagnosed by autosetting diagnosis treatment system and and treated with nasal continuous positive airway pressure (nCPAP) instrument \ Results\ The longest apnea duration the lowest SaO 2 and respiratory disturbance index of these patients have been significantly improved \ Conclusion\ More attention must be paid to early diagnosis and treatment of OSAS,autosetting system and nCPAP are proved to be effective diagnosis and medical treatment methods
