摘    要:人体具有复杂和完整止血、凝血和抗凝机理;而止血和血栓的研究涉及到临床多种疾病的发生和发展,所以血凝分析仪器在各级医院得以广泛使用。文章简述了止血、凝血和抗凝机理和血凝仪的检测方法。

Abstract:Human host possesses the complex and integrity mechanisms underlying hemostasia, coagulation, and anti-coagulation; while, the studies on hemostasia and thrombus involve in the initiation and progression of a variety of clinical disorders. Therefore, coagulometer has been widely employed in different levels of hospitals. The present article briefly introduces the mechanisms responsible for hemostasia, coagulation, and anti-coagulation as well as assays concerning coagulometer.
