| 摘 要： | 通过６０例急性胆石性胰腺炎资料分析，结合文献探讨了ＡＧＰ的发病原因与手术时机。结果显示：共同通道具备了胆汁返流的解剖学基础；胆石阻塞胆总管下端、感染胆汁返流入胰管；肠胰返流及胰管梗阻均为ＡＧＰ发病的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Sixty Acute gallstone pancreatitis were analysed and combined to articles reviewing ,the cause and operation timing of the AGP were discussed, the result showed that common channal theory has its anatomical basis of bile reflux. When end of common bile buct was obstructed by stone , the infective bile reflux to panereatic duct and started a acute panceratitis. Duobemopancreatis reflux and pancreatic duct obstruction were important starting factors of the acute gallstone pancreatitis. The treatment selection of the AGP should based on seriousness and stage of the disease. In some of the cases,operation in earlystage is adcisable . When common bile duct stone was cleaned up by ERCP or ES, the sympton relieved, Then open of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in same admission was advisory. |
