| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨凋亡抑制基因survivin在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及意义.方法:应用免疫组织化学链霉素抗生物素蛋白-过氧化酶连接法(SP法),检测40例子宫内膜异位症异位子宫内膜组织中survivin蛋白的表达,并与正常在位子宫内膜组织25例进行对照.结果:子宫内膜异位症异位内膜组织中survivin蛋白阳性表达率为67.5%,明显高于正常在位内膜组织的阳性表达率4.2%(P＜0.01),并且异位内膜组织中survivin蛋白表达与月经周期无相关性(P＞0.05).结论:survivin在子宫内膜异位症异位内膜中高表达.并且可能通过抑制异位内膜细胞凋亡,对子宫内膜异位症的发生、发展起作用.

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the expression of apoptosis related gene survivin in endometriosis. Methods; Expressions of survivin protein were detected by immunohistochemical method (SP) in 40 cases of endometriosis, and compared with those in 25 cases of normal eutopic endometrium. The correlation between them was analyzed. Results; The expression rate of survivin protein in endometriotic ec-topic cells was much higher than that in normal eutopic cells(P <0. 01 ) , and was not correlated with menstrual cycle phase ( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: Survivin may play an important role in pathogenesis of endometriosis. |
