| 摘 要： | 目的:评价普通张力带、记忆合金髌骨爪两种常用内固定方式治疗横断性髌骨骨折的疗效.方法:对45例单纯横断性髌骨骨折患者实施手术,其中28例采用普通张力带,17例采用形态记忆合金髌骨爪.结果:平均手术时间:普通张力带组86分钟;记忆合金髌骨爪组55分钟.膝关节功能优良率:普通张力带组89%;记忆合金髌骨爪组94%.结论:记忆合金髌骨爪治疗横断性髌骨骨折较普通张力带具有操作简单、创伤小、并发症少、患肢可早期功能锻炼等优点,适合临床采用.
