| 摘 要： | 目的回顾性分析37例主动脉窦瘤破裂的外科治疗。方法主动脉窦瘤修补15例直接缝合,22例用涤纶片修补内破口;行主动脉瓣置换术9例,主动脉瓣成形术3例;VSD直接缝合4例,补片修补15例。结果全组死亡1例。35例随访6个月~5年,无残余分流等并发症,心功能恢复良好。结论主动脉窦瘤破裂一经确诊,应尽早手术,预后良好。对于严重主动脉瓣关闭不全,应同期行主动脉瓣置换术或主动脉瓣成形术。
