成人高教中西医结合专业中医内科学教学法思考

成人高等教育中西医结合专业人才培养是对受过中等职业(学制为2~3年)教育的、进行的培养特殊群体。培养人才目标为“高等技术应用型人才”。中医内科学教学法的研究,关系这一特定人才培养的方向。目前新的教学法有案例教学,PBL教学,导入教学,多媒体教学,类比教学等。在成人高等教育中以什么样的教学法为佳,值得思考和重视。其中,“病案导入—双主法(以教师为主教、以学生为主体)的理论教学—病案强化理论”是较适宜的教学法。

A study of method in teaching Chinese internal medicine of integrated Western and Chinese medicine major for adult higher education

Adult higher education of integrated Western and Chinese medicine major focuses on nurturing medical professionals who have already finished 2 or 3 years of tertiary schooling. The objective is to train advanced applying professionals. Methodology research of teaching Chinese internal medicine plays a key role in the training of these medical professionals. Presently the new methods include case study, PBL teaching, lead-in teaching, multi-media teaching and analogy teaching etc. Due consideration and emphasis should be paid to teaching method study in adult higher education. We hold that case lead-in and teacher-student centered method is relatively suitable for theoretic teaching and case enhancement.
