| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经腹和经会阴超声联合应用诊断前置胎盘的临床价值。方法选择无痛性阴道流血,临床疑诊前置胎盘的患者67例,先经腹超声检查,再进行经会阴超声检查并与产后结果对照。结果经腹与经腹和经会阴超声联合检查诊断前置胎盘的符合率分别为70%和96%,两者有明显差异性(P<0.05)。结论经腹和经会阴超声联合应用能提高前置胎盘的诊断符合率,具有临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical value of combined application of transabdominal and transperineal sonography in diagnosis of placenta previa. Methods Sixty-seven cases of suspected placenta previa and indolent colporrhagia were taken transabdominal sonography and transperineal sonography. The results were compared with those of past parmm. Results The diagnostic coincident rate was 70% by transabdominal sonography, and 96% by combined application transabdominal and transperineal sonography. Conclusion Combined application of transabdominal and transperineal sonography can improve the diagnostic accurate rate of placenta previa. |
