| Abstract: | The etiology and pathogenesis of autism spectrum disorder(ASD)are still unclear.Although there are many clinical treatments,the curative effect is unsatisfactory and the prognosis is poor.Under the influence of brain-gut axis theory,probiotics is used as a non-drug treatment in the clinical treatment of children with ASD.On the basis of"spleen kidney correlation","kidney connecting to brain"and"spleen being as upper and lower axis",TCM system has constructed the theory of spleen-kidney-brain communication.Under the guidance of this theory,the treatment principle from kidney and spleen to heart and brain is established.On the one hand,it can adjust the balance of intestinal flora and improve local symptoms;on the other hand,it can adjust the balance of yin and yang in the whole body of children,so as to maximize the clinical efficacy. |
