“安通补”疗法治疗不孕症

妇人以阴血为本,不孕症中气血亏虚者较为常见。中医调周法从调理脾肾入手,行经期以通调为要,祛陈生新。根据月经量多少,经色正常与否,有无痛经及其他症状,针对病因病机,辨证论治,应用中药或艾灸治疗;经后期(卵泡期),血海空虚,治以滋阴养血,补虚固本,血海充盈,则子宫内膜增长,多采用调经促孕汤加减;经间期(排卵期)为重阴转阳阶段,宜补肾活血,促卵子排出,可配合针刺治疗;经前期(黄体期),以健黄体、助着床为主,采用黄体汤加减。早孕期:受孕之初,宜补养气血,固其胎元,常用寿胎丸、胎元饮、安奠二天汤等。
