| 摘 要： | 教师是科学文化知识的传播者,是学生道德素质和创新实践能力的培养者,是塑造人类精神文明的工程师。新入职教师是新教育模式的新鲜血液,是新时代教育理念的体现。中医文化博大精深,深受古代哲学思想的影响,既包含自然科学又包含社会科学,在科技飞速发展的今天,完善中医学教育模式,促进中医药事业的发展,需要将现代思想融入到中医传统文化中,所以加强对中医药院校新入职的教师的培养对发展、传承中医药有着不可忽视的促进作用。
