强脉冲光联合针刺治疗睑板腺功能障碍性干眼护理及疗效评价

目的:观察强脉冲光(intense pulsed light,IPL)联合针刺治疗睑板腺功能障碍(meibomian gland dysfunction,MGD)性干眼的疗效。方法:84例随机分为实验组和对照组各42例,对照组用热雾化-睑板腺按摩-冷敷的传统治疗及常规护理。实验组采用IPL联合针刺,辅助睑板腺按摩,实施全程无缝隙护理及全面指导。结果:治疗后实验组BUT、SIT值高于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率实验组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:IPL联合针刺,辅助睑板腺按摩有利于促进泪液分泌,延长泪膜破裂时间,维持泪膜稳定性,改善症状和体征,同时精心的护理与良好效果也密不可分。

Intense Pulsed Light Combined with Acupuncture on Dry Eye with Meibomian Gland Dysfunction Nursing and Evaluation of Its Curative Effect

Objective:To observe the effect of intense pulsed light(IPL)combined with acupuncture in the treatment of meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD)dry eye.Methods:Eighty-four cases were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group were treated with traditional treatment and conventional nursing care of hot atomization-Meibomian gland massage-cold compress while the experimental group were treated with IPL combined with acupuncture,assisted meibomian gland massage,implemented full-course seamless nursing and comprehensive guidance.Results:After treatment,the BUT and SIT values of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:IPL combined with acupuncture and auxiliary meibomian gland massage are beneficial to promote tear secretion,prolong tear film rupture time,maintain tear film stability,and improve symptoms and signs.Meanwhile,careful nursing is closely related to the good results obtained.
