小儿推拿“五经穴”治五脏病理论依据

五经隶属于五脏,是通灌五脏的经脉,是五脏功能的具体表现;"五经穴"是五指经络,是五经应用时的具体表现形式,也为五脏特定穴,通过"推五经",可以达到治疗五脏疾病的目的。《幼科推拿秘书》通过五指的经络、穴位与五脏建立联系,创立"五指经穴通连理论",故"五经穴"可用于治疗小儿五脏疾病,诊治疾病时,辨证取穴,归经施治,符合"推经治脏"的理论。《易经》的八卦理论、阴阳理论、经络腧穴理论、全息学说、解剖结构都能在一定程度上为"推五经"治疗小儿五脏病提供理论依据,指导临床施治。小儿脏腑未全,形体未盛,经络不全,小儿推拿特定穴可补益气血,气血足,则脏腑实,故"五经穴"治疗五脏病具有一定的理论依据。
