Comparative Study on Ki67 and Pathological Characteristics of Cervical Cancer Patients of Different ages

Objective To compare the expression of Ki-67,clinicopathological characteristics of cervical cancer patients with different ages and analyze their correlation.Methods 81 cases of cervical cancer diagnosed by operation and treatment were divided into youth group(≤35 years old,n=22),middle-aged group(36~49 years old,n=31),and elderly group(≥50 years old,n=28)according to the age of the patients;collated the clinical data of each group,compared and analyzed the expression,tumor classification,clinical stage,prognosis and so on.Results The clinical symptoms of the patients in the youth group were significantly different from those in the middle-aged group and the elderly group,in which the proportion of irregular vaginal bleeding was significantly lower than that in the middle-aged group and the elderly group(P<0.05).but the middle-aged group and the elderly group had no significant difference in bleeding and leucorrhea abnormalities(P>0.05).The analysis of cervical cancer tissue Ki67 expression in the three groups showed that there were 9 positive Ki67 in the youth group,17 in the middle age group and 15 in the elderly group,and there was no significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in tumor size,FIGO stage,lymph node metastasis between the youth group,middle-aged group and the elderly group(P>0.05),but the involvement of deep cervical muscle layer in the youth group was significantly better than that in the middle-aged group and the elderly group(P<0.05).There was no significant correlation between Ki67 expression and tumor size and FIGO stage in 81 patients with cervical cancer(P<0.05),and significant correlation with lymph node metastasis and deep cervical myometrium involvement(P<0.05).Conclusion There are some differences in the clinical and pathological features of cervical cancer patients of different age groups,and strengthening the observation of clinical manifestations and pathological features is beneficial to the clinical diagnosis of patients and to create favorable conditions for the treatment of diseases.
