The Feasibility Analysis of Vaginal Delivery for the Second Pregnancy of Scar Uterus after Cesarean Section

Objective:To analyze the advantages and disadvantages of vaginal delivery for the second pregnancy of scar uterus after cesarean section and analyze the feasibility.Methods:Retrospective analysis:75 cases of patietns choosing vaginal delivery for the second pregnancy of scar uterus after cesarean section in a hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the observation group,and the other 75 cases of patients with clinical characteristics choosing cesarean section in the same period were selected as the control group,then the pregnancy outcome indicators were compared.Results:The amount of 2 hours postpartum hemorrhage,24 hours postpartum hemorrhage and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the rate of pure breast-feeding at 48h was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is feasible to choose vaginal delivery for the second pregnancy of scar uterus after cesarean section,which can reduce the bleeding and the risk of complications,has no significant effect on the prognosis of perinatal period,and can improve the rate of exclusive breastfeeding.
