中医药治疗功能性消化不良伴焦虑抑郁研究进展

功能性消化不良与焦虑抑郁情绪相关,功能性消化不良伴焦虑抑郁情绪的中医药治疗主要包括:从肝论治、从气机论治、从心肝论治、中医外治、中西医结合等。中医药在改善功能性消化不良的焦虑抑郁情绪方面,具有缩短病程、降低复发率、不良反应小、提高患者生活质量等优势。但目前仍存在以下不足:功能性消化不良的病因和发病机制仍不明确、临床样本量较小,说服力不强。辨证分型缺乏统一标准、疗效评价受患者主观影响较大、中医药治疗机理不明确、随访较少等,在今后的研究中,应加大样本量、规范统一的量化诊疗标准、制定更客观的疗效观察指标、加强基础实验研究等。

Research Progress of TCM in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia with Anxiety and Depression

Functional dyspepsia(FD) is related to anxiety and depression.TCM treatments mainly include treatment from liver,treatment from qi,treatment from heart and liver,external treatment of TCM,integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,etc.TCM in improving anxiety and depression of FD has the advantages of shortening the course of disease,reducing the recurrence rate,having fewer adverse reactions,and improving the quality of life of patients.However,there are still the following deficiencies.The etiology and pathogenesis of FD are still unclear,the clinical sample size is small,and the persuasion is not strong.There is no unified standard for syndrome differentiation;the subjective influence of patients on curative effect evaluation is large;mechanism of TCM treatment is unclear;and there are fewer follow-ups.In the future research,we should increase the sample size,standardize and unify the quantitative diagnosis and treatment standards,formulate more objective curative effect observation indicators,and strengthen the basic experimental research.
