“阶梯疗法”治疗急性腰扭伤的临床疗效观察

目的:观察"阶梯疗法"治疗急性腰扭伤的临床疗效。方法:选择2018年6月至2019年7月在本院治疗的急性腰扭伤患者80例,所有患者按入院的先后顺序编号,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,每组40例。试验组给予"阶梯疗法"治疗,对照组给予普通针刺治疗。观察并记录所有患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分(visual analogue score,VAS)、关节活动度评分(Range of Motion,ROM)、Roland-Morris功能障碍调查表(Roland-Morris disability questionnaire,RMDQ)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry disability index,ODI)。结果:试验组治疗后VAS评分、关节活动度评分、RMDQ评分、ODI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组有效率97.50%,对照组有效率82.50%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均未发生明显不良反应。结论:"阶梯疗法"治疗急性腰扭伤,能改善患者的视觉模拟评分,提高腰椎活动度,降低Roland-Morris功能障碍评分和Oswestry功能障碍指数。

Clinical Observation of "Step Therapy" in the Treatment of Acute Lumbar Sprain

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of "step therapy" on acute lumbar sprain.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute lumbar sprain treated in our hospital from June 2018 to July 2019 were selected.All patients were numbered according to the order of admission,and were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with "step therapy",while the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.Visual analogue score(VAS),Range of Motion(ROM),Roland Morris Disability Questionnaire(RMDQ) and Oswestry disability index(ODI) were observed and recorded before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the VAS score,joint activity score,RMDQ score and ODI score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the experimental group was 97.50%,while that of the control group was 82.50%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups.Conclusion:In terms of ALS, "step therapy" can improve the VAS,and the lumbar range of motion,and reduce the Roland Morris dysfunction score and Oswestry disability index.
