肢体缺血性疾病的血管基因治疗

目的 评价基因治疗在肢体缺血性疾病治疗中的作用。方法 复习相关文献,并作综述性报道。结果 基因治疗作为一种新的治疗方法,已在动物实验方面作了大量探索,在多方面取得重要成果,并开始在临床应用,其中血管内皮细胞生长因子（ＶＥＧＦ）,ｐ５３基因相关治疗方法疗效显著。结论 基因疗法在肢体缺血性疾病的治疗中前景广阔,但仍有诸多技术问题亟待进一步研究解决。

Vascular gene therapy of ischemic limb

Objective To introduce the present state of vascular gene treatment of ischemic limb. Methods This paper was made on the literature review. Results As a new therapeutic method, gene therapy has been performed successfully in animal experiments and began to be used clinically. The related important genes consist of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), p53 etc. Conclusions Further studies regarding gene transfer techniques, vectors and safety of the procedures are needed before a full therapeutic potential of gene therapy in vascular diseases.
