| 摘 要： | 目的：定量分析脊柱骨质疏松的松质骨骨量的丢失。方法：本研究随机抽取23例高分辨率CT图像，进行特定的腰椎椎体横断面松质骨骨小梁高分辨图像处理和计算机定量分析。结果：骨小梁的数量和形态参数与年龄显著相关；以55岁为界，大部分参数具有显著差异；提示骨小梁的横断面的形态有复杂趋于简单；骨小梁的连续性降低，孤立的骨小梁增加，而面积减小；最终使骨小梁在横断面上的累积面积明显降低。结论：本研究所提供的途径联系了目前的骨质疏松基础研究与临床研究，实现了对个体患者骨小梁水平的定性和定量研究。

| Abstract: | Objective: Quantitative analysis trebeculae bone mass loss in vertebral osteoporosis.Methods:Transverse plan high resolution CT imaging at 23 cases were selected at random and the trebecular texture was computerassited measured and analyzed.Results:There is a significantly correlation between age and texture indexs,suggetsing on transverse plane age related trebeculae decrease in morphometry complexity,area and continuity and total area of trabecular bone decreased.Conculsion:This study offers a bridge between preclinical reserch and clinical research,and practical access ot individual vertebral trabecular texture study. |
