前列腺癌睾丸摘除术后原发性肺癌1例报道并文献复习

目的加深对多原发癌的认识，避免误诊、误治。方法对1例经前列腺活检和经皮肺活检证实的前列腺癌术后原发性肺癌患者的病史、临床表现、胸部CT和病理资料，结合有关文献进行分析。结果病理学检查是诊断多原发癌的重要方法，免疫组化能提高诊断的特异性。对于确诊为恶性肿瘤的患者出现其他部位占位，应排除多原发癌的可能。结论明确诊断为多原发癌对于患者的治疗及预后有很大帮助。

Primary Lung Cancer after Testis Resection of Prostate Carcinoma:A Case Report and Literature Review

Objective To deepen the cognition of multiple primary carcinoma and to avoid misdiagnosis and mistreatment. Methods The medical history, clinical manifestation, chest CT and pathological data of one case of primary lung cancer after testis resection of prostate carcinoma confirmed by prostate biopsy and CT-guided trans-derma lung biopsy were analyzed, and the associated literature was reviewed. Results Pathological inspections are chief diagnostic methods of multiple primary carcinoma and appliance of immuno-histo- chemistry enhances specificity of diagnosis. As to patients who are definitely diagnosed of malignant tumor and have other neoplasm, the probability of multiple primary carcinoma should be excluded. Conclusions Confirmed diagnosis of multiple primary carcinoma has great help to treatments and prognosis for patients.
