卵巢上皮癌患者疾病不确定感对生活质量的影响

目的探讨卵巢上皮癌患者疾病不确定感对生活质量的影响。方法选择我院住院的卵巢上皮癌59例为观察组,同期住院的非卵巢癌45例为对照组,分别在入院后1周内及出院前1 d接受M issals疾病不确定感量表和世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表(WHO-QOL-BREF)评估,并以疾病不确定感评分62.5分为界,第2次评估数据为依据,将观察组分为高分组和低分组,行生活质量评价。结果 2次疾病不确定感评估≥62.5分观察组分别为29例(49.15%)和17例(28.81%),对照组分别为8例(17.78%)和5例(11.11%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组2次不确定感各维度评分及总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);两组第2次疾病不确定感各维度评分及总分均低于第1次,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。卵巢上皮癌高分组4个领域评分和总生活评分、总健康评分均显著低于低分组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论加强初治卵巢癌患者的健康教育,及早帮助其掌握疾病相关常识及治疗情况,使其积极配合治疗,可降低疾病不确定感,提高生活质量。
