| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多小切口减张法在乳癌根治术中避免植皮,预防皮瓣坏死的应用。方法对56例乳癌根治术中采用多小切口减张法预防术后皮瓣坏死的临床观察。结果 56例乳癌根治术后其中有1例出现皮瓣坏死,但面积较小,经加强换药后1.5个月痊愈,其中2例腋窝积液,经穿刺抽液、加压包扎后治愈。结论多小切口减张法可有效降低乳癌根治术后皮瓣坏死的发生率,避免了植皮,减少创伤。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the effectiveness of milti-mini incisions in avoiding skingrafting and preventing skin flap necrosis for patients received radical mastectomy.Methods 86 patients received radical mastectomy were enrolled to observe the effectiveness of milti-mini incisions to relax skin tension.Results Small-area skin flap necrosis was seen in 1 patient,subcutaneous fluid accumulation in armpit were seen in 2 patients,all patients were cured by local treatment.Conclusion Multi-mini incisions can effectively lower the incidence of skin flap necrosis and avoid skingrafting. |
