摘    要:用悬液定量法和载体定量法检测次氯酸钠对龟分枝杆菌杀灭效果并对结果进行了比较。结果,在悬液定量杀菌试验条件下,以含有效氯2400、2000和1600mg/L的次氯酸钠溶液分别作用10、20和40min,对龟分枝杆菌平均杀灭率均达99.99%以上。在载体定量杀菌试验条件下,以含有效氯1250、1000mg/L的次氯酸钠溶液作用10min和750mg/L作用20min,对龟分枝杆菌平均杀灭率亦可达99.99%以上。结论,两种方法检测次氯酸钠对龟分枝杆菌杀灭效果有明显差异,悬液定量法所需有效氯剂量比载体定量法高。

Abstract:Suspension quantitative method and carrier quantitative method were used to detect the efficacy of sodium hypochlorite in killing Mycobacterium chelonei and the results were compared. Results: In suspension quantitative germicidal test, the average killing rates of Mycobacterium chelonei exposed to the sodium hypochlorite solutions containing available chlorine 2400, 2000 and 1600 mg/L for 10, 20 and 40 min respectively were over 99.99%. In carrier quantitative germicidal test, the average killing rates of Mycobacterium chelonei exposed to the sodium hypochlorite solutions containing available chlorine 1250 and 1000 mg/L for 10 min and 750 mg/L for 20 min were also over 99.99%. Conclusion: The efficacy of sodium hypochlorite in killing Mycobacterium chelonei detected by 2 methods was significantly different and the dosage of available chlorine required in suspension quantitative method was higher than that in carrier quantitative method.
